Community Outreach Group (COG)
LPC supports COG, which assists Bayshore area families in need with food, clothing, household items, and emergency funds, including a food pantry and thrift shop. How LPC supports COG:
- Annual food drive
- Cleaning supply drive
- Fall Back to School supply program
- Gift cards for the Christmas Giving Tree

An Earth Care Congregation
Earth Care Congregations are those led by PCUSA that have committed to the “Earth Care Pledge” and accomplished a specific number of actions toward caring for God’s earth in four categories: worship, education, facilities, and outreach.
The pledge includes cleaning with non-toxic cleaners, limiting single-use plastics and products, recycling all materials in our community, and fostering education programs on how we each can be stewards of the planet.

C.R.O.P. Walk – Church World Service
LPC members support the national World Church Service CROP walk to end hunger in the U.S. and around the world at the organization’s October 5-mile walk/run in Red Bank, NJ. Food and funds stay in the community and are also distributed nationwide.

Each year at Christmas time we spread holiday cheer as members go out caroling in Lincroft and Middletown for neighbors and shut-ins.
